Many are navigating the Active Investor Plus (AIP) visa pathway. Others have held New Zealand interests for some time and require a more considered, accountable local presence. Introductions are most often made through existing professional relationships.

Hiatt Consulting New Zealand is led by David Hiatt — a fifth-generation New Zealander with more than two decades of experience working with private clients, complex relationships, and multi-party projects across the country. Engagements are deliberately limited to ensure direct senior involvement, consistency, and continuity over time.
